'Cérémonie' was established in 2003 by the Cohen brothers who set out to redefine existing concepts of tea preparation and service.

The Cohen brothers set up the company out of a genuine passion for tea and a strong belief in the need for bringing it forward into the 21^st century while maintaining the beauty and wisdom of its age old traditions.

In order to ensure the highest possible quality in every blend, each Ceremonie quality ingredient is carefully selected and bought straight from the local farmers. Once delivered, it is personally blended in-house by Assaf Cohen, Ceremonies' Master Blender.

Assaf Cohen first discovered his love for tea in the early years of the millennium. Traveling across the Far East, in tea growing countries throughout Asia, Assaf was exposed to the rich culture of tea. He began working at a factory in Taiwan, accumulating knowledge, honing his skills and becoming a bona fide tea connoisseur. Upon his return, he teamed up with his brother Danny Cohen, Currently Ceremonies' Chief Marketing Director, and together set up 'Ceremonie' , which quickly became one of the most innovative and forward thinking companies in the field.
